About

This degree program introduces additional business strategies and processes related to organizational management. I have learned the intricacies associated with human resources such as human capital, employment law, and human resources strategies. Organizational success is a combination of strategies and processes designed to serve as a guide to the company and its employees while addressing the niche contributing to the products or services rendered.

As the Vice-President of SHRM, serving as a liaison between SHRM members, the community, and other stakeholders, this role creates opportunities to expand my skillset and knowledge base on human resource related matters. Coordinating with TSU SHRM President, as well as other elected Officers, reinforce the importance of team dynamics in organizational settings.
