About
I am a Registered Nurse from The Bahamas who has moved to the United States two years ago. I am passionate about my profession especially educating new nurses and providing urgent care to patients. I currently work as a nurse in the emergency room at a local hospital in Indiana and I look forward to working as a Nurse Practitioner in an urgent care clinic. I think that my fifteen years of experiences as a nurse in the emergency room has prepared me to meet the needs of patients in an urgent care clinic. I also intend to use my degree in nursing education to help prepare new nurses pursue a career in nursing.
