My intended career path is to become a Human Resource Manager within the healthcare industry, where I can combine my skills in organizational leadership, employee engagement, and compliance to foster a positive workplace culture and support organizational growth. I also plan to further my education by pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, preparing for future leadership opportunities at the executive level.
