About

I have built a successful career around my ability to lead, mentor, and develop a strong sense of mission accomplishment overseeing complex executive staffs in order to identify unique alternatives as well as implement long-term solutions. I have continuously led organizations to exceed beyond expected standards while achieving multiple objectives simultaneously during stressful and stringent conditions. Throughout more than 21 years of executive leadership, my genuine determination and proactive leadership style has earned me nine awards for superior performance in the categories of proficiency, executive management, judgment, and initiative.
In the role as a Deputy Associate Director, Safety Division, Smithsonian Institution, I have demonstrated proficiency and knowledge in providing succinct analytical analysis and advisement as well as formal briefings, conferences, and presentations to the Chief Executive Officer level.
