About
My name is Robert Fiscella, I was born and raised in Port Chester, New York and currently live in Georgia. I am about to attend the Culinary Arts internship at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I graduated in the spring from Gwinnett Technical College from the Culinary Arts program. I sell my delicious homemade grandmas cheesecake to local restaurants in the area and had my own stand for my cheesecake at the Taste of Suwannee in October 2013. I work as a line cook Segretos in Suwanee, Georgia and also provide the cheesecake. I hope to someday open my own business one day, to produce and sell my cheesecake.
