About
I was raised by my grandparents as an infant. I went through all 12 years with the Cub Scouts, and Boy Scouts and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. I also was inducted into the Order of the Arrow (the Honor Society in the BSA) in 2009 and received Vigil in 2013. I spent eight years in my local 4-H and traveled throughout the state meeting other 4-h'ers, local and state officials, and learning more about North Carolina than I ever could from a book. Because of my time in 4-H I have learned about agriculture in North Carolina from crops to aqua-culture. With the BSA and 4-H I have been able to donate many hours to people throughout North Carolina. I am the second in my family to go to college. School, church, and family are my priority and will be for the following years. I did not do well in high school but I have enjoyed going to college and I have worked hard to achieve the grades which I have made.
