Robyn Berger

I am a candidate for a bachelors of science in mathematics at the State University of New York at Cortland. I have attended Buffalo State college before transferring to Cortland because I wanted a more rigorous challenge in my math classes and here at cortland I get that as well as a small close knit department which allows me to ask questions and seek out my professors more easily and know them on a personal level. I Love music as well as science and mathematics and I am a vocalist and Double bassist recreationally. I love to play tennis with my friends and at SUNY Cortland my favorite smoothie is the Elvis, who I also appreciate very much for his music. I am a huge supporter for academia as a whole and what I like to call the Da Vinci Philosophy, which to me means to embrace all circles of knowledge and to be as well learned as you can in all things. I am what you could call a modern day renaissance woman. I love physics, psychology, writing, literature, art and biology apart from my regular studies and activities. I collect tea paraphernalia and books of all sorts. Also I am a very spiritually intact person and appreciate my religion as well as others. I am a member of the United Methodist Church however I was not baptised until I was sixteen coming out of a diverse household. I also value Buddhist philosophy and the spiritual practices related to chakra. Some of my many dreams is to ride in a hot air balloon and drive on the German Autobahn expressway.
