About

Currently I am a student at Ga Tech . I am working under a PhD candidate who is researching lithography. My role is maintaining a Atomic Layer Deposition machine for Sequential Infiltration Synthesis and Area Selective Atomic Layer Deposition. Both methods use titanium isopropoxide to build a protective mask against radiation, which helps with selective eching of a polymer layer not masked by titanium ispropoxide. Also using a Ellipsometer to measure wafer thickness based on light polarization using a Cauchy model.
