About
Hi! My name is Rosemary Vega! I'm currently a senior at Chaska High School in Minnesota. The activities I'm involved in are choir, theatre, and speech. I'm an All-Stater this year and will be participating in the Minnesota All-State Women's Choir in August! I'm very excited to get to be in this choir! In my high school theatre department I've taken on roles such as Sylvia in Tribes by Nina Raine, ensemble in Anything Goes by Guy Bolton, and a squirrel in The Lion, the Witch, and The Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis. I'm in the category of Prose for speech and am also a captain for my team, along with four other wonderful captains of whom I look forward to working with. I hope to study Vocal Performance in university.

Received a Superior rating for solo entry of "Lascia Ch'io Pianga" by George Frideric Handel.

Received a Suprior rating for duet entry of "Laudamus te" by Antonio Vivaldi.

NIES Solo Musical Theatre Superior
Received a Superior rating for Individual Event in Solo Musical Theatre at the Minnesota Chapter State Thespian Festival. Was also invited to compete at the International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Nebraska to represent Minnesota.

August 2016 - Second Soprano, only a select number of high schoolers through an audition process are chosen and placed in the All-State choirs.
