Recently graduated in Information Science and Technology program at UW-Milwaukee and completed few cybersecurity Projects includes penetration testing an authorized simulated cyberattack which is performed to evaluate the security of the computer system, and configuration of networks on Packet tracer using cisco routers in Information security courses.
Worked as a Desktop support specialist at Tek Systems for few years. In each of my professional roles, I have been successful in producing positive results and I have a consistent history of advancing shared company goals. I am skilled to configure, troubleshoot operating systems issues and resolving end-user IT problems in a quick and efficient manner. Proficient in navigating ticketing databases to handle user’s IT requests and resolve their technical issues.
