About

My name is Rouzbeh Rahai, and I am currently a research master's student studying Environmental Psychology in the Department of Design and Environmental Analysis at Cornell University. I am currently studying the intersections between human mental and physical health and the environment. My overarching goal is to improve children’s life chances by ameliorating their harsh environmental contexts. I plan to do this by improving children’s learning environments and setting a strong and equitable foundation for childhood success. My ambition is to do this on a large scale, through far-reaching policy measures backed by evidence-based research. This purpose is deeply motivated by my past work in environmental research and with children.
