I am always open to challenges because they make me out of my comfort zone for more extraordinary achievements. It teaches a lot about leadership essential to succeed professionally. I lived, studied, and worked in different countries, which gave me a multicultural background and an open mind I use daily to communicate and understand people. I analyze my work environment to develop improvement ideas for better efficiency. If I never try, I will never know what I am capable of. Therefore, no matter how hard it looks, a strong determination and thirst for success are my key to overcoming challenges for outstanding achievement in my education and professional life.
