About
Hi, I am Ryan Gray, a 2nd year Kinesiology major at Georgia Regents University. At first I had a desire to pursue anything medical, but I soon began to realize that my passion was more specific to the area of Physical Therapy. I can recall years ago when I injured my ankle in the middle of basketball tryouts. I was in so much pain and had to attend physical therapy. I didn't know what to expect at first, but I actually had a great experience, primarily because my therapist were not only helpful, but they communicated, challenged, and supported me through out the entire process. I observered their efforts and sincere desire to help get me back on the court and thought "wow, I would love to help someone else dream again - whether it is to play a sport again, walk again, or simply to be able to enjoy a pain free life." Many may not understand the drive I have to help be able to put a smile on someone else's face, but I know there is a journey that is ahead for me...I am excited to travel this road and am grateful for being accepted into this exceptional Honors Society.

- Career goal
I hope and pray to become a Physical Therapist many will turn to in their time of healing and restoration.
- Graduate school interests
Of course, I am sure like many other Honor Society members...aspire to be an attendee at someone's Grad. school, however, I am not sure of which school that will be at the moment. I want to further enhance my education in order to become the best I could be, with that being said, I want to go to PT school to do so.
- Outside the classroom
In my spare time - what little bit I do have, I enjoy expressing myself through singing various genres of music. I also enjoy being outside and involving myself with nature...even if it is just feeding the ducks and turtles in the local lake or pond. I enjoy a lot of things, but usually make time for the most important things like spending time with my family and friends and going to church.
