I handle harder disputes and make sure to correct any mistakes, including my own, in a respectful and beyond manner. I have a huge interest in anything that has to do with being hands-on. I prefer anything that has to do with applicating my knowledge because it helps with learning and providing better understanding of a subject or process. I do not have a specific job that I currently have an interest in as I am still in school, but I am excited for my upcoming internships that will provide me an open mind of what my options are.

Plastics Inspector
During this time, I worked at ESTERLE Mold and Machine. I worked in this factory monitoring over a plastics injecting machine, and made sure resin was being continuously added to the machine. I also took the plastics part out of the machine, checked for quality, and then packaged them. During this time here as well, since I was going into college as an engineering major, I showed an interest in seeing what the other departments were like. I shadowed in the engineering department including: The programmer, the drawer, sales, and a college intern. I also shadowed in the machining department and rotated from watching employees machine from small to huge CNC Machines.

During this time, I worked at Dairy Queen in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. During my time here, I worked in the kitchen, drive through, and as a Blizzard maker.
