About
I am wanting to use to further my education in psychology, I am interested in personality development and how personality disorders may arise from traumatic experiences or internal conflicts. I am also wanting to further my research into art therapy and possibly beyond to help people of all ages with their mental health and internal struggles.
I want to help individuals to realize their full potential and understand themselves better, art therapy is a way to discover things about themselves that may not have been possible before. In cases like multiple personality disorder, it provides them a chance to grasp their other personalities and piece together their struggle.
Mental health is important and should be taken care of like any other self-care activities such as washing yourself. Everyone needs to take care of themselves and have someone to talk to when they are struggling, even if it needs to be a stranger such as a psychologist. I want to help people de-tangle their thoughts and provide them a path of self-care, self-love, and understanding.
