About

I am a nonprofit executive, mental health advocate, and community leader dedicated to advancing equity, access, and social justice. As the Founder and Executive Director of SocialWorx Advocacy Group, I have led initiatives that connect individuals with mental health resources, develop strategic partnerships, secure grant funding, and create programs that reduce barriers to care throughout East Texas.

My professional experience spans nonprofit leadership, community outreach, program development, public speaking, and behavioral health advocacy. I am passionate about creating sustainable systems that empower individuals and strengthen communities through collaboration, education, and compassionate service.

As I pursue my Master's degree in Human Rights and Social Justice, I am committed to expanding my impact on a national scale. My long-term goal is to serve in executive humanitarian leadership, where I can influence policy, strengthen organizations, and develop innovative solutions that promote dignity, equity, and opportunity for underserved populations.

Career goal

My intended career path is executive leadership in the humanitarian and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on advancing human rights, mental health equity, and social justice. I plan to build upon my experience leading a community-based nonprofit while earning my Master's in Human Rights and Social Justice. My goal is to serve in senior leadership roles where I can influence policy, oversee large-scale programs, develop strategic partnerships, and drive systemic change for underserved communities. Ultimately, I aspire to lead a national or international humanitarian organization dedicated to improving access to essential services, protecting human rights, and creating sustainable solutions that strengthen communities.
