About
I'm currently a Diplomat posted at India, at the Embassy and Consulate of Panama, as commercial, political, economic, and maritime navy attaché.
My background is 20 years of experience in the Maritime Industry, Merchant Navy Captain, former vice-minister of maritime affairs in Panama, and president and board of director member of NGOs and Missions among the Central and the Caribbean region supported by the European Union and IMO.
I have a Bsc. in nautical engineering, a postgraduate degree in maritime operations, and a few specializations in economics, business, finances, entrepreneurship, climate change, and supply chain from Wharton, Yale, Kellog, and Incae Business School.
Presently I'm pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration at the Swiss School of Business Management (SSBM) in Geneve, and an Executive Master in Business Administration at Incae Business School, Babson, and Esade, and a Micromaster in Supply chain at MIT, with Harvard University Master´s in Management (Blended program).
