About

I am a current graduate of Paul M. Dorman High School, where I only spent two years of my high school education. I am from Laredo, Texas, there, I enrolled in United South High School and stayed for one year. I moved to South Carolina and continued to pursue my goals by enrolling at Paul M. Dorman High School and earning my credits. During my high school education, I achieved to get into different clubs such as the Beta Club, the NHS Club, and the World Language Club. My academic performance has been recognized in different ways and among classmates. Being part of the National Honor Society has been the greatest experience so far. I have participated in different events doing service hours for different organizations such as H-E-B, in Texas, and several elementary schools here in South Carolina.
My path extends to college, where I plan to pursue a Fine Arts degree focused on Music Composition, Music Theory, and Music Appreciation. Even though I consider myself as someone capable of achieving academic disciplines with excellence, I want to take my college path to what I am passionate about, music. My family is full of musicians, so I want to keep the tradition on track. I will be taking the first two years of my college education at Spartanburg Methodist College, where I plan to get into the Bridge to Wofford Program. At Wofford College, my plan sticks to music and moves into deeper waters concerning the professional career I want to strive for.
I am very passionate about music; I have learned the ways of Music Composition on my own. I can say that music has become a hobby, which enhances the desire to plan a life in it.

Goals and interests

Career goal

As I go through college, I want to start my career as an artist. Learning more about music in college will help me to understand more about my intended path. I will try to use everything I know plus what is yet to be learned to be successful in music and get a deal with a record label, or else, make my own label.

Graduate school interests

I am interested in any institution that focuses on Art and is located in the state (South Carolina).

Outside the classroom

During any free time, I work on my compositions. Either writing, structuring, or just visualizing a song is what I do. Once an idea or concept is completed, I proceed to create the whole composition. This hobby has allowed me to understand many things about the college major I want to pursue.
