About

I am currently a senior at Farmington High school and I have plans to go to Southern Utah University to pursue a career as a psychiatrist. Because of the age we live in and how society operates around social media, depression and suicide rates are rising. By becoming a psychiatrist, I hope to be able to help those who suffer from mental illness find some help, as well as quelling the rising rates of mental illness. I am enrolled in the pharmacy technician program at Davis Technical College at the moment in order to set myself up to success as a psychiatrist. I am doing this by learning more about the medical field as well as getting a head start on learning about the medications I will be prescribing in the future. I will be PTCB certified on Sept 20th 2021, which is the date of the national pharmacy technician certification exam.
