im a vibrant young single parent chef of two beautiful lil women! lol! I have a smart and successful mentor that also graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and also an educator there also. i Learn alot from him about the operation of catering field. i spent the last 6weeks of my externship at open hands. open hands is a non profit organzization where its open to the community to come and volunteer. open hands produce gourmet up scale entrees that help nurture the body that has chronic disease. i tend to seek employment after my final rotation is up i enjoy the company and what it offers.
