Volunteering
-
I was a substitute teacher, and mainly taught children 12 or younger. I would teach 1-hour classes, sometimes 2-hour classes, and this normally occurred when someone was out sick and they had no one to replace them. Then I would also assist teachers who felt as if their class was too much for them as well.

I cleaned Autzen Stadium in Eugene, OR to raise money for the Family Karate Center. The owner was having financial troubles and was not going to be able to buy the building that was required for her to run the karate school. I attended as many of these as I could, and, in 2019, she was able to successfully buy the building.
