About

I am a skilled Human Resource Professional with experience in a variety of professional level positions as a Workforce Development Specialist, Recruiting and Onboarding Experience Specialist and HR Business Partner. Many of my critical competencies relate to both project and program management, employee success planning, measuring, and reporting employee metrics to create a customer-oriented focus within an organization. My goal is to always provide support to employees to help motivate their efforts in providing high-quality service to all customers, both external and internal. I am passionate about helping others maximize their full potential. I have a deep love for providing support to employees at all levels within an organization that will help them meet and exceed key objectives. Sometimes this may involve creating training material suitable to their growth and development needs. I am a firm believer that one size does not fit all, especially when it involves impacting someone’s success within a company.
Upon graduation I plan to utilize my degree to build and strengthen businesses within my community and eventually around the world. For a business to be successful and have longevity, it cannot be quotidian. It must be both relatable and innovative. Think about it, we shop with companies and support local businesses because we relate to their brand in some type of way. Maybe it is the way they marketed their products, their company slogan, or the quality of their products. With my degree and experience from this program I can gain a solid foundation in key business concepts such as accounting, finance, marketing, management, and organizational behavior.
