About

I attend the University of Wisconsin- Madison and major in Biochemistry and Spanish Language. Along with my studies, I am a member of Badger SPILL (an organization that provides a confidential situation for students to share their difficulties and in turn receive advice), HOSA (a club on campus that aims to provide pre-health students with opportunities to gain more knowledge of the field and talk to professionals), and am the Service Team leader of Badger Cru (a christian organization). I also do research in the Michael Cox Lab in the Biochemistry Department; currently, I am looking at the importance of ATPase activity in DNA Polymerase V. In addition to these responsibilities, I also have some commitments that began in high school and are still active today, one of which is that I am the Class of 2015 Class President.
