I am a motivated and ambitious high school student with a lifelong passion for baking, food, and entrepreneurship. Since I was three years old, I have dreamed of becoming a baker and owning my own bakery. My love for food inspires me to travel, explore different cultures, attend food festivals, discover new flavors, and experiment with creating unique flavor combinations of my own.
My passion for baking has grown through experiences shared with my family and hands-on learning opportunities. Participating in college culinary exploration programs allowed me to develop my baking skills and experience a glimpse of college life. These experiences have strengthened my determination to pursue my passion through higher education.
As I prepare for college, I plan to study Baking and Pastry Arts and Food Business Management. I want to develop both the culinary expertise and business knowledge necessary to turn my lifelong dream into a successful business. My ultimate goal is to own my own bakery and become its CEO, combining creativity, entrepreneurship, and my love of bringing people together through food.
Family, responsibility, perseverance, and personal growth are important parts of who I am. I approach new opportunities with confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. As I look toward the future, I am excited to continue developing my skills, embrace new experiences, and build a career that reflects my passion and ambition.
