About

My name is Savannah Chetock. I have always been passionate about helping others in need, which is why I am on the career path of becoming a Nurse! I was a Post Secondary Enrollment student (PSEO) my Senior year of High School at Hilliard Darby. Once I graduated from High School, I made the decision to attend Otterbein University for their highly ranked Nursing Program. My first year at Otterbein was amazing! I absolutely loved it. After my first year of college, I got married to my High School sweetheart who is in the United State's Marine Corps. He was stationed in Oceanside, California so I decided to transfer to Mira Costa College in order to continue my Nursing degree out there by my Husband's side. Once I moved out there, I had two more prerequisites that California required me to have to apply to their Nursing Program. I took those prerequisites and then applied to the Nursing Program. Little did I know, there was a 2 year waitlist. So, I made the decision to transfer back to Otterbein University and I can honestly say that I can't picture myself pursuing my dream anywhere other than Otterbein University. I am extremely happy to be back in their Nursing Program!
