About
I am a Marine Corps veterans that served for 13 years. After struggling with my own mental health challenges, I found my passion for working with veterans on developing stronger mindsets and cultivating better mental health practices. I'm currently an undergrad at Indiana University South Bend, where I am studying Psychology with a minor in Philosophy.
