I am a Manufacturing Management student at Tiffin University with minors in Psychology and Leadership Studies, currently maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I work in operations at Whirlpool Corporation, where I support production, lead teams, and focus on improving safety, quality, and efficiency. My experience has helped me develop strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
I am passionate about continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams. My goal is to advance into a Department Manager role and eventually move into plant-level leadership, where I can make a larger impact on operations and organizational success.
