Shameira Jenkins

I am currently studying in the Dual Degree Program which includes Mathematics/Engineering. Also, my minor is Fine Arts. Therefore, I have a great passion for art and being creative in every way possible. Moreover, I've had several art pieces placed into our local Art Academy in my hometown. As a matter of fact, a few artworks of mine were placed into a showcase. In addition, math has been one of my favorite subjects since 7th grade when math was broken down to the basics for me to understand. Throughout middle school & high school, I received Honor Roll every year continuously. Likewise, I push myself to be better than just a "C" average but get an "A" to become on the Dean's list or continue getting honor roll. After receiving my degree, I plan to go to Grad school and further my education in getting the highest degree possible. As a side note, I'd like to help give back to young adults that have determined minds to be successful and to better themselves by giving he or she grants and/or scholarships. Nevertheless, my personality is very loving and generous to others in helping others do great.
