About
I am looking to change my career path. I am currently a certified veterinary technician of 5 years. I graduated from Joliet Junior College veterinary technician program in 2017. I am changing fields for a better connection with people. I noticed I was happier talking with the clients than having to handle upset pets. I do still love animals but I enjoy seeing them outside of work. I picked dental hygiene because as a CVT I was performing dental prophylaxis on dogs and cats. I know I can use what knowledge I have and transition into human dental world.
