Goals and interests

Career goal

Driven by the sum of her life moments, such as her dad’s funeral, Sheila’s goal is to connect music to its artists and fans by creating intimate experiences. The music she used in her first solo performance comforted her in one of the most difficult times of her life and allowed her to celebrate and honor her dad. When Holly Dunn’s “Daddy Hands” came on the radio, the music again comforted her in the funeral procession giving her a sense of peace that her dad was with her spiritually. These are the kinds of connections that she wants to create for fans, artists and music.

Sheila is seeking and capitalizing on opportunities that will allow her further professional development in the music business. With over 25 years of experience and leadership in the healthcare, airline/transportation and education industries, she enters the music industry with proven skills in budgeting, event planning, operations and logistics, Microsoft Suite and people management. Core values of integrity, dedication, desire and reliability are the reasons for her professional achievements.

Graduate school interests

Currently she is researching options to continue her studies further with graduate school. After she finishes with her bachelor's degree, she has been contemplating law school wanting to possibly specialize in entertainment and music law or earning her Master's in Music Business/Management, Audio, and/or Production.
