About

As a young child, I was never as smart as my peers. I struggled with comprehension skills and memorization. It was extremely frustrating, but it never stopped me from improving. I started out being in special education to advance placement classes. I was the first child out of five to get straight A's consistently, and the first one to attend college. At work, I push hard to help everyone around me and be patient with customers. I do not try to be the best because it does not always work out that way, but I always put 100% on anything I do.

Goals and interests

Career goal

I want to start out working in the emergency room to gather experience on being under pressure and to work efficiently. Afterward, I want to be a travel nurse to accumulate enough money for myself. Then, I either want to get into trauma nursing to attend the military or go back to school to get my Doctor of Nursing Practioner degree. However, I know I do want to go back to school for my DNP degree.

Graduate school interests

Baptist Health Science University

Outside the classroom

In my free time, I like to sit down, cuddle with my dog, and watch Netflix; shows like DC and marvel, medical, and crime. I also love hanging out with my friends; we play card and board games and go hiking. I also take pictures of nature whenever I feel inspired by the changing of the seasons.
