Goals and interests
- Career goal
I am actively studying nutrition in order to become a registered dietitian. My hope as an R.D. is to work in a clinical setting,specifically with eating disorders if possible.
- Graduate school interests
Because of the requirement of a year long dietetic internship after my undergraduate studies to become a registered dietitian, I am not planning to attend grad school right after my undergrad. However, I do plan on going back and getting my Master's degree either in psychology or public health.
- Outside the classroom
In high school I was involved all four years in choir and I still have that love of singing, whether I do it at my church or just fun. I also love exploring the beautiful state that is Oregon so I am constantly outdoors hiking or running and taking road trips with friends. As a child I was rarely seen without my nose in a book and that has remained true to this day with my interest ranging from Albert Camus to J. R. R. Tolkien.
