Sherita Wright

My name is Sherita Wright. I am an alumna of The University of Memphis and Southern New Hampshire University, where I earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare and business management. I am also a member of the SNHU Honor Society.

Through my academic and professional experience, I have developed a strong foundation in systems thinking, operational structure, and sustainable growth. I bring a strategic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and overall performance.

I currently serve as the Founder and Director of Operations of Revilot Connections, a tech-enabled business operations platform focused on helping organizations streamline workflows, integrate digital solutions, and align strategy with execution. In this role, I have led initiatives centered on process improvement, operational planning, and business development—skills that directly translate to structured, results-driven environments.

In addition, I am developing The R.E.V.I.L.O.T. Foundation, an initiative focused on supporting women and families experiencing housing instability. This work reflects my commitment to community impact, organizational leadership, and building sustainable programs that create long-term value.
