About

I am a Master of Social Work student at Fairleigh Dickinson University with a strong interest in clinical social work and mental health. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and currently maintain a 4.0 GPA in my MSW program. I was recently nominated for the Phi Alpha Honor Social Work Society. My professional interests include clinical practice, therapy, advocacy, and working with marginalized, underserved, and diverse communities. Through my education and medical social work internship experience, I have developed a strong commitment to helping individuals feel heard, respected, supported, and empowered. My long term goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide compassionate and culturally responsive mental health services.

Goals and interests

Career goal

My intended career path is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and provide mental health services through clinical practice. I hope to work directly with individuals, families, and groups, particularly within marginalized, underserved, and diverse communities. My goal is to provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and affirming therapy while also advocating for clients and helping them navigate barriers to care and resources. I am especially interested in mental health, counseling, and developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with the people I serve.
