I currently work as an Innovation Quality Program Manager at Kellogg's. With 3 years of work experience and half way through the MS in Food Safety (with a certificate in International Food Laws and Regulations), I aspire to be a Food Safety Scientist, with specialization in toxicology. My aspirations can only be fulfilled if I am able to understand every aspect of the supply chain of food right from an ingredient level all the way to the finished product on the shelf. Therefore, I am looking for a broad range of experiences within the food industry.
