About

Graduate Student at the University of Washington (Go Huskies!). I'm an ardent Software Developer and Engineer. I derive a keen sense of thrill and eagerness to learn and develop Software Applications and Products. I'm a passionate competitive programmer too. I obtain many fun and fascinating insights from it and try to implement them to solve complex development concepts and problems. For instance, at Morgan Stanley, I engineered a highly available and scalable data pipeline that streams 140 million Kafka messages in real time by applying a clever queuing strategy inspired by a programming competition. I like to learn new things to their fullest extent and do more with the help of what I've learned.

Having worked as a developer at Morgan Stanley, I wanted to explore the fields of Data Science and Product Management.

I'm currently delving deeper into Data Science and Product Management in my graduate studies. Searching for numeric patterns within large datasets has been a new rabbit hole that I'm going down. It’s been shown that the human brain efficiently recognizes patterns, and I intend to push the limits of pattern recognition—for both my brain and the models I work with. Having built efficient data pipelines, I intend to master the art of architecting secure, scalable, and reliable pipelines to capitalize the most on huge datasets being generated every second. Beyond the technical aspects, I'm intrigued by the ethical implications of big data and AI. I believe in developing solutions that not only drive business value but also respect user privacy and promote fairness. This holistic approach has led me to explore the intersection of data ethics and data science, aiming to create technologies that are both powerful and responsible.

Having solely built stand-alone highly available and scalable microservices at Morgan Stanley, I'm now drawn to the realm of product management - a field I see as the democracy of the tech world. Just as a true democracy serves its citizens, I believe products should serve their users. My goal is to shape product visions and roadmaps that truly represent the 'voice of the people' - our end users. I want to learn deeply about our users' needs, challenges, and aspirations, using these insights to sculpt products that genuinely enhance their lives. Like a responsive government, I believe in creating products that not only meet current needs but anticipate future ones, always with the end goal of making users' lives better and easier.
