About

My name is Somaria Locke. I attend Texas A&M University School of Law in seek of my Masters in Jurisprudence degree. I received my undergrad in Criminal Justice so its only right that I attend Law School. I have a passion for helping others and I have always been a helping hand my whole life. My goal is to work in Homeland Security or become a U.S. Marshall when I graduate. Ever since I was a little girl, I've always been fascinated with learning more and more about our rights as individuals and the law in general. I didn't grow up in the two-parent house hold with the white picket fence. Everyday was a challenge, but I didn't let it define who I was as an individual. I have a brother that is always in trouble with the law. That there persuaded me to learn more so maybe I could teach him and others right from wrong. I also have two boys ages 15 and 9 who are my world. So working so hard for my dream will show them that no matter what you put your mind to, do it and give it your all.Plus, I am proud to say that I am as well a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
