Stephanie Lello

When I complete my degree is Business Management, I plan to pursue a career path that allows me to grow into a leadership role within a company. I'm especially interested starting out in positions like management trainee, operations coordinators, or HR assistant, roles that will give me a strong foundation in how different departments work and how effectively lead teams. My goal is to gain hands on experience, build my skills in communication, problem solving, and decision making, and eventually move into higher level positions such as department manager, business analyst, or HR manager. Ultimately, I want to contribute to a company's success by helping improve operations and supporting both employees and organizational goals.

In terms of graduate school, I am interested in pursuing my master's degree after completing my bachelor's in Business Management. I believe earning a master's will not only deepen my understanding of business strategy and leadership but also open up more advanced career opportunities in the future. Whether I decide to focus on areas like HR, Operations, or Organization Development, continuing my education at the graduate level will help me strengthen my skills and become more competitive in the job market. I'm excited about the possibility of building on what I've already learning and taking my career to the next level through graduate studies.

In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, whether it's going out to eat, exploring new spots, or just relaxing together. I'm really into music and I really like to dance. Dancing also helps me to distract myself when I feel stressed. I also like watching movies/ shows. I'm also big pn staying organized, planning out my week or setting small goals helps me stay on track and feel productive.
