Goals and interests
- Career goal
After getting an associates degree in music I plan on first getting a bachelors degree in music education. Once I have my bachelors I will get a masters degree in vocal performance, at which point I will begin teaching at the collegiate or secondary level while also working toward my doctorate in music theory.
- Graduate school interests
For my doctorate I hope to study music theory all aspects of music theory to explore the most effective ways to teach music to children that will be the most applicable to future music education, as to remove any reexplaining needed to teach higher level music concepts.
