About
I'm currently attending Florida State College at Jacksonville, studying Human Services and Psychology. I'm also a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist and work as a Case Manager in the substance use and mental health field. My passion is helping people recognize their potential, overcome obstacles, and understand that their past doesn't have to define their future. I'm working toward earning my degrees and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. My ultimate goal is to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while creating opportunities to help others on a larger scale.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My goal is to continue growing in the mental health and substance use recovery field, helping people rebuild their lives and recognize their potential. I eventually want to create something of my own that brings people together, provides support, and helps bridge the gaps in services that so many people face.
- Graduate school interests
I'm currently pursuing my degrees in Human Services and Psychology, with plans to continue toward my bachelor's degree and eventually graduate school. I'm interested in furthering my education in psychology, counseling, or social work so I can expand my knowledge and the ways I'm able to help others.
- Outside the classroom
Outside the classroom, I work as a Case Manager and Certified Recovery Peer Specialist. I enjoy spending time with my family, being involved in my church, and connecting with people in my community. I'm passionate about personal growth, my faith, and helping others find hope, even when life doesn't go as planned. I'm also learning the importance of slowing down and finding balance in my own life.
