About
I am a Doctorate student in Project management at Capella University, Minneapolis, MN. My research (Capstone project) focuses on reducing project failures due to poor communication in the commercial building construction using a strategic communication model (SCM) - a simple model that tests project stakeholders' skills on effective communication strategies. It offers suggestions for training if communication does not meet the required standard. Upon graduation, I intend to practice and leverage the advanced degree skills with my experience in managing special projects.

The Capella University's policy on eligibility for president's list is five consecutive quarters with GPA of 4.0. As a Doctor of Business Administration Learner, I maintained a GPA of 4.0 for nine quarters. I had won the award four times already.

The Award was given me by the Dean of Graduate Studies, UC-Riverside. The award was in recognition of my academic achievement, which earned me free tuition fee with job opportunity as a graduate assistant for three semesters.
