Sydney Chaffin

I'm not exactly sure what my future entails. I know that from the moment I began taking French in high school, that this was something I needed to know and I've loved the journey thus far. I have made so many friends and have some really great connections because of knowing a second language. My family would like to see me doing something in the law field. They feel I would be an excellent lawyer. I'm not too interested in the idea. I do have passionate ideas about society and they way people view the world. I may consider joining the Peace Corp. when I graduate.

As of right now, my debt going to college is steep. The idea of grad school is always in my radar but without significant scholarship assistance, it may be out of my grasp. If I can narrow my career ideas, grad school would definately help in my future.

I love watching French films and being with my friends when I'm not at school, studying or working. Unfortunately, with such a busy lifestyle, hobbies tend to fall to the wayside.
