Sydney Stahr

My name is Sydney Stahr (Snook), and I currently work for The Balduf Group at John L. Scott, Inc. in Silverdale, WA as the Operations Manager. I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Washington since 2020. I graduated with an Associates in Business from Olympic College in 2021, and I am still attending Olympic College in pursuit of my Bachelors in Organizational Leadership and Technical Management. I am also a veteran of the US Navy, where I served eight years as a nuclear mechanical operator.
I was, and still am, a dependable adviser and teacher who is very passionate about helping others grow into their full potential. I have experience identifying strengths and weaknesses to determine a training strategy which works to accomplish goals, as well as unifying a diverse team to a common end. I also have experience as a mechanical maintenance supervisor for two nuclear propulsion plants, as well a mechanical operator and operational supervisor of these plants.
