Dr. Larm Tak Cheong
Dr. Larm Tak Cheong is a distinguished multidisciplinary professional whose career spans building and property management, facilities and security operations, workplace psychology, engineering management, and general insurance. With a unique blend of operational expertise and psychological insight, he has established himself as a forward thinking leader committed to organizational well being, staff development, and the promotion of social harmony and racial inclusion. Based in Hong Kong, he currently serves as a Building Supervisor cum Workplace Psychology Management Officer and Certified Coaching Psychology Consultant, integrating behavioral awareness and empathy driven leadership into daily operational environments.

Academically, Dr. Larm has earned multiple doctorate degrees, including a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in General Management from Graham International University (2025), complementing his MBA, BBA, and BSc in Engineering Management from the University of Management and Technology.
