About
Hello, I am a first generation, nontraditional student. My top priority in life is being a faithful wife and mother. I longed to get a college degree, from the time I left high school (1996); and here I am, 20 years later, with an Associates of Arts in Education. I am working on my Bachelors of Science in Special Education, and hope to complete it with-in two to three years. My top financial goal is to complete my education 'debt free', and I have this far. Praise God! Working hard on my academic performance has helped me achieve my Associates Degree 'debt free'. With a high GPA, I've been able to apply for and receive scholarships that have helped me pay for my education. I work hard as a full-time wife, a mother (of four), and a college student, because I want to change my family tree. I believe an education is important and a vital part of one's life; it's something that can't be taken away. With a strong support system, my loving husband and family, I've made it this far. I am a woman of faith, and I believe strongly God has provided me with everything to get this far, and He will continue to give me His strength; so, I can accomplish all He has planned for me.
