About
My senior year I drove to make it my best year by challenging myself academically. I took 5 AP classes that year passing with a 5 on Government and Politics, a 4 in AP Environmental Science, 4 in AP Language and Composition, 3 in AP Statistics, and 3 in AP drawing. I also passed 5 other AP’s I took my sophomore and junior year. I received the AP Scholar with Distinction Award and AP Capstone Diploma. I also took in two Vice President positions my senior year and was the winner of 3 other scholarships I worked hard on applying to. Along with that I was part of the National Honors Society, received the Rotary Youth Leadership Award, and participated in 4 sports across my 4 years of high school.

Goals and interests
- Career goal
My plan is to get an internship in New Mexico (where I live) over the summer either at Los Alamos or at Sandia Labs. Here I will get a more hands on experience and learn more about the job. From there I will then decide if I want to continue my work at Los Alamos, Sandia Labs, or if I find a different position in a different state.
- Graduate school interests
I want to get my masters in mechanical engineering because it will allow me to understand this specific study more in depth. I find that imperative to do my job well, with confidence in my knowledge.
- Outside the classroom
I love playing sports, painting, drawing, dancing, and reading. I try to be as active as possible by going to the gym.
