This is given to one FFA member who has demonstrated leadership qualities throughout their weekend at the Indiana FFA SOAR Conference.

The Ag Advisor choses one Greenhand who has been an outstanding member throughout the year in FFA and honors them at banquet with a speech and a plaque.

3rd Place Team Livestock Skillathon
FFA Members complete a written industry and quality assurance exam, judge wool, hay, and meat, identifies cuts of meat, breeds, equipment, and feeds, and finally completes a team activity.
