Goals and interests

Career goal

As a current sign language interpreter who works in education, I want to combine my passion of inclusion by coming a school counselor who can support the needs of hearing, hard of hearing, and deaf students.

Outside the classroom

Through working full time, having a part time job, and being a full time graduate student, my hobbies mostly include keeping my mind and body healthy. I love working out, yoga, joining rec league sports such as sand volleyball, and anything outdoors that keeps my body moving. A hobby that was passed down from my father is my love for riding my motorcycle. That is one hobby that I have that inspires others to do something they think they can't.
