Taylor Fewins

I am currently pursuing an honors diploma while balancing a rigorous academic and extracurricular schedule. As a member of the National Honor Society and HOSA, I am also enrolled in AP U.S. History (APUSH) and AP Spanish, AP Biology, as well as Dual Credit College English, Political Science and Economics. Alongside my academic pursuits, I dedicate 20 hours each week to training as a level 10 JO gymnast—a sport I’ve been passionate about for over ten years. Competing at the collegiate level has always been my dream, and to reach this goal, I've had to overcome various physical injuries, continually focusing on building my mental strength and resilience.
In gymnastics, mental wellness is essential. I've learned to manage anxiety and foster confidence, reminding myself that I am "good enough," even during the toughest times. My journey has taught me the importance of balancing both physical and mental health, skills I am eager to bring forward into my future career.
I aspire to become a physician assistant, specializing in helping injured athletes recover and return to their sports safely. My dedication, focus, and compassion drive me to support others on their journeys, just as I have supported myself through my own challenges.
