About

I am currently a senior at Eastern Illinois University located in Charleston, IL. I am studying Family and Consumer Science to become a Clinical Dietitian with specialties in prenatal/pediatric, oncology, and bariatric patients. My favorite question as a young girl was, "What is this food good for?". My parents would answer the best way possible. As I grew into a young lady, I became interested in cooking and critiquing others' plates. I would always make sure I see a variety of colors and food because of how I was taught by my parents. My family supports my decision and are always asking me for my help when they think a healthy decision needs to be made in their lifestyle. I plan to spread my knowledge to my future patients helping them obtain a healthier and happier lifestyle.
